I definitely had a weekend for reminiscing about Swat (what heady and halyon days were those !). I was down in Cambridge for the weekend, and had the good fortune to run into a friendly Swat alum (philosophy major, class of 2004) and our dear, common friend Alan B. After more academic events were through, we all had a few rounds at the Eagle (of Watson & Crick fame), so now I can claim the privilege of buying booze for our well-beloved British "lord."
In other news, I am still anxious about grad school apps and nervous about my writing sample. Is anyone else in this boat ? Looking for a Swarthmore-educated reader or few ?

Congratulations Prez Obama!
Just a little tiny celebratory post.
Also, last night I met another alum, from the class of '95. He was an art major! and very nice. Yet more proof that art majors have the most fun. Or maybe the second-most fun.
